Baryon

Baryon is a composite subatomic particle. Baryon is such type of subatomic particle that made up of three quarks. Among three quarks in baryon, one is quark and other two is antiquark.

Just like meson, Baryon is a active member of hardon family.

Baryon is the quark based particles and the active property of baryon is that it participate in strong force. But other quark based particle do not interact in strong force.

Quarks

Quarks is a kind of elementary particles that is a constituents of matter. Basically, quarks forms proton and neutron. Strong force, which is one of the fundamental interaction in universe binds proton and neutron togather within nucleus. In exactly to say quarks combine to form hardon from which proton and neutron is much more stable.

For the reason of color confinement, quarks is not observed and isolated. But it can found as hardon, which exists as baryon or meson.

The properties of quark is spin, color charge, mass and electric charge. Quark is the only elementary particle in standard model.


Fundamental interaction

Fundamental interaction in universe is the fundamental force in universe. It is the interaction among object and particles. How the objects and particles interacts? How they decay.

There exists four fundamental interaction in universe.

Strong force

Weak force

Gravitational force

Electromagnetic force
